We didn't open a restaurant —

Saborcito Ecuatoriano was born from a simple idea: Chicago deserves a place where Ecuadorian food tastes like it does back home. Not a fusion. Not an interpretation. Just honest, hearty, real Ecuadorian cooking.

Every recipe comes from family tradition — our ceviche recipe has been in our kitchen for three generations, and we source the spices and plantains that make each dish unmistakably Ecuadorian. We're just a neighborhood spot on Lawrence Ave, but we cook like every guest is family.
